Talent Forward International collects as little data as possible, and only with your consent. Here is exactly what happens with it.

Data collected through forms

The application and contact forms are provided by Tally (Tally BV, Belgium). The data you enter (name, email, message, links to your work, and any information you choose to share) is used solely to process your request and reply to you. It is stored on Tally's servers and forwarded to us by email.

Legal basis: your consent and the steps taken at your request before entering into a possible working relationship. Retention: up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless a working relationship follows.

Cookies and audience measurement

This website uses only one category of cookies: audience measurement through Google Analytics 4, and only after you accept them in the consent banner. If you decline, no measurement cookie is set and any existing Google Analytics cookies are removed. Your choice is kept for 6 months in your browser's local storage.

Forms are loaded from tally.so. Links to external platforms (Instagram, Spotify, SoundCloud, YouTube, Google Drive) open those services, which apply their own privacy policies.

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, delete and port your data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. The site is served over HTTPS. Access to form submissions is restricted to Talent Forward International.
