ScrollTalent can open a door. What happens next requires much more.
We exist to help talent move forward.
Before the performance, the stage, the screen or the competition, there is a human being. We believe sustainable performance starts there. We help our talents perform at their best without losing sight of the person behind the performance.
Take care of the person.
Talent is where it starts. Craft is what you build. Through preparation, discipline, expertise and repetition, we help our talents continuously raise their level. From artistic development and acting performance to physical and mental preparation, we surround each talent with the expertise they need to progress.
Master your craft.
Great careers rarely happen by accident. They are built through choices, positioning, relationships and opportunities. We help our talents define where they want to go and build the path to get there.
Build your career.
We support artists across the different dimensions of their development, from artistic identity and performance to releases, live opportunities, partnerships and international growth.
We help actors understand their positioning, sharpen their performance and strategically develop their careers. From professional materials and self-tapes to industry relationships and international opportunities, we focus on what moves a career forward.
Performance is only one part of an athlete's journey. We help athletes maximize their potential while developing the brand, relationships and opportunities that can shape their future.
Know the person.
Know what makes them different.
Turn potential into performance.
Bring the right people together.
Turn momentum into opportunity.
We don't believe in one-size-fits-all talent management. Every person is different. Every ambition is different. Every career requires its own path.
That is why Talent Forward brings together strategy, development, performance and opportunity around each individual.
When needed, we build the right team around the talent: coaches, trainers, producers, casting professionals, creatives, industry experts, brands and partners.
We think internationally from day one.
Not because every talent needs to be everywhere. But because every talent deserves to discover where they can go.
